Gregory James Van Pelt is an arbitrator and mediator whose practice is limited to labor and employment dispute resolution, including fact-finding and early neutral evaluations.

A member of the National Academy of Arbitrators, Greg Van Pelt is listed on the rosters of the American Arbitration Association, the Federal Mediation & Conciliation Service and the Ohio State Employment Relations Board, in addition to a number of private panels and appointments. He teaches labor law and employment practices law as an adjunct professor at Cleveland State University.
